We believe in offering our clients a fair and transparent pricing model. Our clients know how we cost and price our service and it just makes sense that the longer you employ a contractor, the less it should cost. That’s why we offer progressively lower rates tied to the length of the contract that are administered and adjusted automatically over the life of the engagement.
We also believe that maternity leaves can be planned for and dealt with in a cost efficient manner. If a client anticipating a maternity leave gives us at least four months notice and an exclusive mandate to find a replacement, the entire contract will be billed at our lowest rate.
